- Welcome to the Montessori Academy of Northwest Indiana web site. We offer two locations in Merriville and Valparaiso, Indiana. We provide all day and half day educational programs.
- We provide a supportive environment which nurtures the spirit of the child.
- We serve children ages 18 months to 6 years old.
- We offer programs for toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergartner.
- The teachers are trained and certified in the Montessori Method.
- We offer full and half day classes 3 and 5 days a week.
- We offer parent/child field trips and parent conferences twice a year.

Multi-age level children work and play together, mutually respecting one another, as well as the environment. Self-directed learning, freedom within limits, and noncompetitive activities contribute to your child’s sense of self-esteem.
